Ipad: audio through headphone jack, video through HDMI

Hi
I'm a new Bandhelper Basic user.
I would like to use it to manage my gigs with videoshows. So I would like to send the audio of my backing tracks through the headphone jack and videos through HDMI connected at the Ipad with a 30pin adaptor.

But when I connect my Ipad to an external video device I can't choose the headphone output but only HDMI 1 or HDMI 2.

How can I solve it?

My iOS version is 9.3.5

Ok I just solved it. I had to set the audio output to headphone jack before connect the iPad at the external device
