Inserting or Moving Songs Within A Setlist

Using the desktop Bandhelper program, I've put a setlist together and realize I want to move a song (or insert a song) in a different order. Can't seem to drag and drop, tried a few options, watched a few videos but still frustrated by how to organize the songs within a setlist. Suggestions?

Are you on the set list's Edit Songs page, and are you dragging the "grip" icon at the far right of a song's row?
