APP Control settings

Hello,
I'm using a cheapwireless page turn controller of Lekato, which didn't work at first. But after setting Arrow Right and Left and restarting Bandhelper It works. But i was testing several settings and now there is a setting Program Change active which i didn't select.
Don't know if this is going to cause problems because when i deselect everything, program change is still there.
