projects aren't syncing to iPhone app.

I have created a new project and removed myself as a user from others however while those changes show up on iPad and iMac they don't show up on iPhone.  I'm guessing it's because I'm on iOS 17 beta on my phone but not on my iPad, I'm also just running the latest release of Mac OS and don't do any betas on that. Can anyone confirm that this would cause it? if that's the issue I'll stop searching in other places.
