Help for a minimalist rig

Hi newbie here, trying to figure out how to setup a minimalist rig for a one-person show. What I envision is BH playing backing tracks and a guitar and mic input into an interface, all getting routed into AUM, and BH playing midi tracks to trigger patch changes in AUM. Has anyone used BH with AUM? Any pitfalls to be aware of with this setup?
