Song List in Set - Show song

When clicking a song in the set list to display the chords how do you make the left song menu overlay disappear so you can see All the words/chords?

It sounds like you're using a layout with the song list layered on top, but the Layering setting isn't set correctly. You can click the Edit Layout button in the top toolbar, select Edit Details and set Layering to Song List On Top. Then the song list will hide when you select a song.
