Basic how to…please!

I downloaded this app about a month ago couldn't figure out how to use it. It expired now when I open it it says I have to renew so I went to the renew page. Nothing happened. Couldn't figure out what to do everything I tapped on did nothing can I get some help Setting this up and learning how to use it because right now I can't get it to do anything

You can renew in the app from the Settings > General page or on the website from the Admin > Billing page. I think you're talking about the app, where you would click Renew Your Account, then select the month or year option and click Continue.
