Midi Presets didn't import correctly from Setlist Maker

I'm trying to migrate to Bandhelper from Set List Maker. I followed the exporting guidelines and most of the data transferred over but some MIDI presets are missing data. Specifically, I had several presets that used the "send additional presets" function, presets nested in other presets. Those seem to be the ones that are missing data.

Am I missing something or should I be filing a help ticket?
