Hightlight Lyrics Time In Lyrics Visual?

Ok I just go back playing with this app. I know you start automation and then long hold to highlight. But I swear sometimes it doesn't trigger or it skips a line and then it gets all messed up.

Is there anyway to just pull up the lyrics and timestamp the spots? I know I can manually hit + and add or delete, but it doesn't show me where that is in the song just says line and a time. I see it in the browser but it doesn't show me where that line actually is. I mean I guess I could count each down arrow. 

But is there a faster way to see the position?
