Set List Maker question

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I had set list maker years ago and I finally got my 2012 iPad 2 working. I'm getting old so bear with me. When I open the app it says this is being phased out, what must I do to continue using it ?
Let me know if I am not doing things properly.

You can still use Set List Maker, but your iPad 2 is no longer supported and you won't be able to download current app versions. And I'm no longer adding new features to Set List Maker; more info on that is here:
