document functions in 3.4.2

In the Perform window in Set List Maker 3.4.2, the auto-scroll song selection action, pagination buttons and document annotations were accidentally disabled. (I turned them off while fixing another problem and forgot to turn them on again.) These functions will be restored in the next update, which I should be able to submit to Apple tomorrow.

If you urgently need these features, you can roll back your device to an iTunes or iCloud backup from before you installed the 3.4.2 update. There is no other way to install an older app version on your device.

All right, I took a couple days to finish some additional updates and a couple days for testing, and version 3.4.3 is in Apple's review queue now:
