Does anyone have any tips on how to set up a smart list with a time period -- like "songs that have not been played in a set in the last 6 months" or "songs added within last 30 days"?
Here is as close I was able to get:
1. Set up new Smart List called "Not played recently"
2. Add a filter "Frequency performed > 0"
3. Add a filter "Active equals 1" to only include songs we have marked as 'active'
4. Sort by "Last Performed"
5. Sort direction "Ascending"
Still lists all of our songs -- but the songs that have not been played the longest are listed first.
You can add a filter "Last performed less than [date]" or "Date added greater than [date]." The only problem is that the specific dates are saved, so you would have to update the dates over time to keep them showing the last six months or last 30 days. Setting these values as offsets relative to the current date is on my wish list and I'll add a vote for you.

With today's releases, the smart list filters use relative dates based on the number of months you enter. The number of months can be a decimal if you need an amount smaller than one month.
