I've attached annotations to some of my documents, which I want to delete because they are not needed anymore. Can anybody tell me, how this can be done? Every time I delete the annotations, they come back, when I open the document.

Click the document tools button, select Annotate, double-click the eraser button to delete all annotations, click the document tools button again and click Save. That should do it.
Is Settings > Account Sync > Personal Sync > Document Annotations turned on? That makes it a little more complicated.
P.S. I recommend changing your forum username to something that isn't your email address, since it is publicly visible.
