Title: Play buttons

I am having a problem that when I make my Set lists the play button icon doesn't activate and remains gray. I feel I have tried everything without success for both apps Setlist Maker and Bandhelper. It is happening to both apps.

I do have the same problem with FLAC audio files associated with song - the play button does not activate, at least kn my iPad.
