My ipad just auto updated to 4.0. It's taken a while, but I've figured out most of it and am starting to like it. However, I seem to have lost all my annotations. I annotated a lot of my documents and really need those notes back. They were the result of countless hours of rehearsals. Please help.

Same thing here - all previous annotations from before the upgrade appear to have disappeared.
