Edit song icon greyed out for users when viewing a set

I have users with added data access privileges. When viewing  set list, they can press the pencil icon for editing, but both options (edit song and edit setlist) are greyed out. I understand why the setlist would be greyed out, but why the song edit? They can edit it the song when the click repertoire>songs and add documents and what not. What's more strange is that if I login to their accounts on my Mac or phone with the app, the edit song button isn't greyed out.

Just to add to this, I logged into the two users in question on a different icon and the edit song icon isn't greyed out. Clicking the pencil icon in a set shows the full list of editable items (edit song, edit setlist, edit song list, edit document viewer, etc...). All options are greyed out, except edit song, which is how it should be I think. So this only appears to be on their iPads. Not sure why that would be the case
