MIDI Preset help please

Hi, 

I've been using the MIDI Presets with little problem up until recently.  All my songs have an associated MIDI Preset which will send a program change message to my Nord.  This has used to work seamlessly.
 
However, I've just tried creating a new MIDI Preset for a new patch I've got and can't find anyway of entering the MIDI Program change data.  The original MIDI Presets still work so I figured just copying one of those and working from there.  However, this copy doesn't seem to trigger the patch change (yet the original still works fine). 

I've tried using the MIDI Learn button which has also worked for me in the past but doesn't seem to work anymore. 

What am I doing wrong?
