Separating user from account

I am a user on another user's paid account.  I want to separate my user from his account and create my own account so I can have my own paid version. 

How can this be accomplished?

You would need to create your own account. Your user in the existing account would be unaffected by and unrelated to your account. You can continue using the existing account to access its data, and enter your own data in your account.
