Synching iPad to new computer question

Hey everyone, looks like I'm going to have to sync my iPad to a different computer including porting over all my backing music. It means that the iPad will essentially wipe all my music, then resynch with the new iTunes playlists, etc. Will I have to reattach all my background tracks and reset scroll times in Setlist Maker, or will Setlist not care and simply find the music again in the default iPad "music" folder?

Cheers!

If the recordings make it onto the new device, with the same title, artist and album info, Set List Maker will find them.

If at any time you had to relink a recording, you wouldn't have to reset the scroll time.

Hi Graeme

Before you do a major amount of work on your new pc etc. set your iPad music control to "manual"

This way you can add music to your pad from several computers.

Having the paid, data base upgrade on slm is also beneficial during the migration process

Good luck

Thanks guys, seems to have gone all smoothly enough... so far!
