BandHelper WebApp doesn't Sync any of my tunes. Why?

Why does BandHelper not Sync any of my tunes from my Phone to the Web App?

I have BandHelper on iPhone 7 plus. I've added a SetList with seven songs. They are saved because I've launched, quit, and crashed BandHelper iOS several times and the songs and SetList persist -- they're there.

I log in to my BandHelper on my iPhone and on the web using the same username and password. I doubled checked it on the iPhone.

But when I log in to the web, the songs that I see on my iPhone are not there. I see the left navbar SONGS with no songs. In the right pane, I see: There are no songs that match your filters.

What do I have to do to make it so that I can see on the web, all of the songs, lyrics, setlists, etc that I've entered on my phone?


Please make sure you're logging in with the same account name in both places. Based on your email address, I see that you've registered two accounts. One account has 7 songs and the other has 0 songs.
