Can you delay the playback of attached MP3 files somehow?

I use MP3 files as backing tracks attached to the Songs. However, now that I have a Bluetooth connection to my EV PA, the slight lag in Bluetooth means I miss the first "click" of the count-in.
I could add some silence to the beginning of my files, but we're talking 60-70 songs.
Can Bandhelper slightly delay the playback to allow Bluetooth to catch up? (Which I realise might not actually solve the problem.)
Otherwise, any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can try the Delay Recording setting on the Settings > Audio & MIDI page, but that delays the start of the playback (typically, so compensate for a delay in processing MIDI messages) and might not have an effect on what happens after the playback starts.

Maybe other people here can comment on the viability of playing backing tracks over a wireless connection, but to me that seems unnecessarily risky.

Thanks Arlo, I'll try that, but I'm guessing it'll just delay playback and not "kick-start" the Bluetooth like I'm thinking.
Yeah ... I hear ya about the wireless thing. But it gives me "back" a couple of channels on the EV mixer.

Cheers!

Hmm ... not seeing this option, Arlo. Definitely in the latest version? Thanks!

What platform are you using? The Delay Recording setting is only iOS and macOS.

Yes, bugger ... Android. Oh well, never mind.
