In the new BandHelper version 2024-08-23 released today, you can click Add a Date/Time Option on the event edit page to add multiple date/time options for an event. Then select Require Response and save. Users will receive an invitation showing all the date/time options, and they can add a response for each option. When you see a consensus, you can go back to the event edit page and select Use This Option for the desired option, then select Confirmed and save. Users will receive a confirmation message with the final date/time.

Quote from: Zionplayer on March 08, 2020, 07:08:44 PMMy band currently uses BandMule for availability (BH for everything else), basically because it is so simple. You run the app, click once on the day for available, click again for not available.

Have you looked at the JSON feed for events?

https://www.bandhelper.com/tutorials/sharing_your_calendar.html#website

That's meant for public display on your website, so it definitely won't include the pay, and it also doesn't include the list of users, but it can include custom fields that you mark as public.
