Sounds good thank you very much.

Going back with a long press could've done the trick, but I'm on iOS 26 and so I could not use that.

During yesterday's gig I could jump back and forth through the menus and projects as well, but it required a lot more clicks.

Looking forward to your solution at some point. :)

I will do that for the next rehearsal.
But that might take a while...

Thanks for so long

I think this might be doable and I'll put it on my wish list. Meanwhile, on older iOS versions you can long-press the back button and select any previous navigation level to jump to it, but iOS 26 broke that (and Android never had it).

Not every song, but let's say every 5 songs or so roughly. But it's mainly a whole short set then, yes.

We are changing as it's not a big stage but more of a pub. I'll stay on "stage" as the guitarist and the singer just switches, which only takes less than a few seconds. It's just duo projects so the changes are quicker than actually having whole bands change.

Hope that clarifies a bit?

I don't think the iOS version will matter; I was just asking about the app version.

The Live Sharing function will scale scroll positions to match each device's screen size, so I'm trying to see if the amount that it's off is small enough to just be a small calculation or rounding error. Can you send screen shots of both devices, showing an example of the lead device scrolled to a marker and where the following device actually scrolled to?

The spacing varies from song to song. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't with different spacings.

I just got the info from my colleague's iPad. Here are the infos from our two iPads:

Mine (Master)my colleague
OS-version:26.126.2
App-version:2025-12-02 (201)2025-12-02 (201)
IP address:192.168.178.52192.168.178.25
device type:iPad14,5iPad14,8
windows size:1366x1024820x1180

I have to admit that I only updated to iOS 26.2 today. Maybe that was the reason.
I can only report after the next rehearsal whether it works now.

Any other ideas?

Are you switching between projects like every song, or every few songs, or doing a whole set with one project and then switching?

And are you literally changing personnel (one band leaves the stage and the other comes up) or do both projects have the same players as well as some of the same songs?

I'm trying to picture the scenario where this would be an issue.

Repertoire Help / Feature Request: Quick change ...
Last post by ChrisMikolaj - January 06, 2026, 10:00:15 AM
Hi Arlo

I've just came to a new situation, that would probably require a new feature.

I'm playing in two different projects with different repertoires. However, pretty frequently lately I'm playing with both duos on the same evening and switch back and forth between them.

I could in theory add the songs to the other project to create one setlist per evening, but I strictly differentiate both projects.

As there is already a quick-change function to change the setlist during the performance, I thought maybe it's possible to have a toggle switch in there to include other projects or distinct projects in that dropdown as well to quickly change lists?

I would then prepare a setlist for each project for the same evening but could switch back and forth.

Is that something you could "easily" look into or do you have better suggestions to deal with that? I know I obviously also could go back out of the project and open the other one, but that's quite some clicks.

Thanks a lot for your thoughts :)

Best regards,
Chris

Repertoire Help / Re: Exporting songs!

You can export a BandHelper project from the Admin > Export page of the website and import it into another BandHelper account from the Admin > Import page of the website. Those pages contain further instructions.

Quote from: arlo on April 30, 2024, 10:29:12 PMWhat do you want to do with the exported songs? There are a few different export options depending on what you need to accomplish.

I am the administrator/owner of one BH account. I have 4 projects "housed" on this account.  I joined another group that began to use BH on my recommendation. We/ve used it for several years, but one of the instrumentalists is moving this group to another app.  I want to export the music on the BH account and transfer it to my BH account. Otherwise I'll have to re-enter all that music into the new app (I don;t want to switch apps)
