No, you can't resize the "Pause" text.

For your second question, are you asking about making BandHelper automatically step through the songs in your set list? If so, please see:

Finance Help / Re: Invoice not showing the co...
Last post by SoundOfTheCrowd - February 03, 2026, 09:18:04 AM
For invoice numbers, I'd look for the ability to customise the front part (as in SOTC for my band) and then have sequential numbers starting from a number I specify, so the first invoice could be SOTC1051 and the next one could be SOTC1052.

As for currency symbol, it's not likely that I'd use more than one, but it's possible (euros and pounds for example), but just having a default would solve the problem I think.

Thanks again

Mick.

Thanks Arlo

So how do I represent that in the Event?  The full amount would be 400 - do I put that in the Event shares as £100 each, even though each band member only gets £90?

Quote from: arlo on September 21, 2020, 02:23:43 PMOn iOS, this shouldn't happen because the document viewer can't invert the document colors. On Android, if you created documents with inverted colors and then you turn off the color inverting in BandHelper and you get a white border around the black document, you can turn on Help > Utilities > PDFs are Already Inverted.

I just ran into this issue tonight myself. The document image displays the intended black background on PC and Ipad devices. but Inverts to White backround on Iphone's I've tested with the three various spare iphones that live in my lyric prompters as well and my personal Iphone 15 all of which display white backrounds on one single document image but are correct on all others.

Edit: Adding a slight contrasting fade to the parameter of the image made the backround remain black on all devices.

No, users control their own personal sync settings.

Does that mean I need a preset for every patch?

Hey hopefully you've got this sorted at this point but if not im happy to help! Ive got my SPD-SX Pro fully mapped and automated to follow the song selection on the bandhelper setlist

basically you need three fundamental things on bandhelper for this to work.

Midi device -  SPD-SX - Default ch.10  confirm if youre in 0-127 or 1-128 mode.

Midi Presets - Every single SPD-SX "kit"/bandhelper song will need its own midi preset and program change numbers entered.
SPD-SX midi program changes all begin with 32 in box 1, box two is 0 for the first 0-127 kits but however needs to be a 1 instead for kits 128-200. Box 3 is the kit number    personal examples: 32-0-000 equals kit 1, And 32-1-0 = kit 129

The preset then has to be assigned to a song in bandhelper so its a good idea to save the preset by song name so its easy to find in the midi/preset menu

From there you will have to make a couple changes in the settings menu on the device you're using so that the change happens upon song selection but you can test each preset for functionality by tapping the midi icon next to the preset name.

Is there any way to resize pauses so they display larger?

It would also be great if there was a way that you could automate these pause starts without using the "auto-scoll song list" feature as I wish to keep that disabled for my use case.  so i guess im looking for a "auto scroll pauses" so it starts after the previous song.

Quote from: arlo on October 21, 2025, 09:35:57 AMResizing the pause details text is on my wish list and I'll add a vote for you. In the meantime, you could just set up some songs to use as pauses and put the text into the Lyrics field.

found this comment in the search. We switched from Ipads on stands to lyric prompters and my Vocalists & Emcees are having a very difficult time reading the Pause text infomation. Any updates or possible estimate when we may see this as well as selecting an auto-scroll function for the pauses independently from the "auto scroll song list" would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Users with only Added Data access can enter personal notes if they turn on Settings > Account Sync > Personal Sync > Notes. They would need All Data access to enter shared notes to songs they didn't add.
